Memo reads as under: "The Petitioner most respectfully submits that the above Writ Petition has been filed challenging the notification dated 04.03.2025 and the consequential rejection of her candidature. After filing of the present Writ Petition, the Petitioner has secured additional material documents, including the Final Selection List and the proceedings relating thereto, which have a direct and substantial bearing on the issues involved in the case. Further, it has become necessary to implead the candidate who has been selected in place of the Petitioner as a party respondent, in order to effectively and comprehensively adjudicate the matter. In view of the above subsequent developments and in order to avoid multiplicity of proceedings, the Petitioner seeks leave of this Hon'ble Court to withdraw the present Writ Petition with liberty to file a fresh petition incorporating the additional documents and impleading the necessary party.
