Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for redressal of his grievance, the petitioner has sent e-mails dated 26.02.2026 and 28.02.2026 (Annexures P-5 and P-6, respectively) to the Security Wing of Punjab Police and the ADGP Security, respectively, however, no action has been taken thereon till date. 3.
