Learned counsel for petitioners, after arguing for some time, fairly submits that petitioners have alternative remedy of filing an application u/s 22 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 since earlier boundary has been uprooted and prays that a direction be passed if said application is filed within three weeks, the same be decided expeditiously. 2. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to above referred submissions. 3. In view of above, this writ petition is disposed of reserving a liberty to petitioners to take alternative remedy and in case an application is filed within 3 weeks, the same shall be decided expeditiously preferably within 8 weeks thereafter.
