Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home submitted written instructions contending inter alia that on the basis of the written complaint of 6th respondent/Ch.Srinivas, a preliminary enquiry was conducted. In pursuance of preliminary enquiry, petitioner was called to the police station. After completion of preliminary enquiry, police registered specific FIR No.25/2026 dated 18.04.2026 under Section 420 and 506 IPC. 3. Having heard the learned counsel for the parties, I find no justification to proceed further with the writ petition. Police authorities are directed to act according to law conclude investigation of FIR No.25/2026 as early as possible. 4. On the above observation, the instant Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
