HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD WRIT - C No. - 40933 of 2026 Court No. - 36 HON'BLE SAURABH SHYAM SHAMSHERY, J. 1. Heard Sri Yogesh Dutta Mishra, learned counsel for petitioner and Sri Prabhakar Tripathi, learned Standing Counsel for State-Respondents. 2. Impugned order is of the year 2012 which was passed under the provisions of Public Premises Act, 1971. Petitioner has filed a recall application after five years, i.e., in 2017 and now after more than nine years, he has approached this Court not only to quash the order passed in the year 2012 but to expedite recall application. There is nothing on record that any attempt was made to expedite the recall application at behest of petitioner. 3. Still in the interest of justice, this writ petition is disposed of that if recall application is still not decided, the same shall be decided preferably within a period of four weeks from today. It is made clear that since there is no interim order, therefore, proceedings for recovery may go on.
