Heard Mr. Kalp Nath Rai, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri P.K.Shahi, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State-respondents. 2. Petitioner wants a direction to the District Magistrate, Ghazipur to consider his grievance raised in the representation dated 06.12.2025. 3. It is submitted by learned Advocate for the petitioner that the petitioner is bhumidhar with transferable rights in respect of plot nos. 1130, 1131, 1132 with an area of 0.011, 0.010, 0.010 hectare respectively. Despite the permanent prohibitory injunction granted to the petitioner against private defendants vide judgement and order dated 31.3.2022 passed in O.S.No. 165 of 2016 on which execution took place and the petitioner was handed over possession, the unsocial elements and private parties are again interfering with the possession of the petitioner. 4. In the given facts and circumstances, we direct the petitioner to get an application registered on the on-line portal of the District Magistrate concerned created for the entertainment of complaints within two weeks.
