Sandhawalia, Chief Justice (oral) Learned Deputy Advocate General submits that she has instructions not to press the present appeal in view of the notification dated 04.04.2026, issued by the Government of Himachal Pradesh regarding the amendments in the Himachal Pradesh Civil Services (Revised Pay) Rules, 2022, wherein, benefits are granted to those employees who were appointed before 03.01.2022. 2. It is further submitted that the employee in the present case was appointed on 18.09.2020, on contract basis, therefore, he would be covered as such. 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 3.
