Civil Application St. No.25863/2025 came to be refused on account of failure on the part of the applicants to remove office objections, within a period of two weeks from 02/02/2026, in terms of the order dated 02/02/2026, passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial). The said order, dated 02/02/2026 is challenged vide Misc. Civil Application St. No.8586/2026. 2. There is a delay in filing the said revision, for which, separate application for condonation of delay is filed vide Civil Application (CAO) No.526/2026. The delay caused is of 59 days. 3. For the reasons mentioned in the application and also having regard to the fact that applicants in-person were not 2026:BHC-NAG:7926 26. CAO 526 of 2026.odt 2 responsible for non-removal of office objections, since they had engaged an advocate to represent them, delay of 59 days, caused in filing Misc. Civil Application St. No.8586/2026 is condoned, subject to payment of costs of Rs.1,500/- (Rupees One Thousand Five Hundred Only) to be deposited in the ‘Public Welfare Account’ bearing A/c No.129712010001014 (IFSC Code : UBIN0812978) in the Union Bank of India, Branch High Court, Civil Lines, Nagpur before 03/07/2026. MISC. CIVIL APPLICATION ST. NO.8586/2026 4. For the aforesaid reasons, Misc. Civil Application is allowed, subject to condition that all office objections shall be positively removed before 03/07/2026. MISC. CIVIL APPLICATION ST. NO.25863/2025 5. The Misc. Civil Application is filed in order to seek review of the order dated 14/10/2025, passed in Writ Petition No.7285/2024. 6. Misc.
