This is an application under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023 praying for granting bail to the accused applicant in connection with Dhemaji P.S. Case No. 119/2026 registered under Section 87 of the BNS, 2023. Page No.# 2/2 3. Ms. S. H. Borah, learned Addl. PP submits that charge sheet has already been filed in the instant case vide charge sheet No.97/2026 dated 30.07.2026. 4. In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel appearing for the accused applicant contends that the accused applicant should be given liberty to approach the jurisdictional Trial Court. 5. Accordingly, the instant bail application is disposed of with a liberty to the accused applicant to approach the jurisdictional Trial Court within a period of 15 days from today and till such appearance, the interim bail order dated 24.07.2026 granted by a coordinate bench of this Court shall stand extended.
