No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if a direction is issued to the 2nd respondent to dispose of the petitioner’s online application seeking transfer of patta on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections of all the necessary parties, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 4.
