Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that in the order dated 13.01.2026, the name of the Petitioner has been wrongly mentioned as “Bhimsen Palei” instead of “Birasen Palei” and the case number has been wrongly reflected as “CRLMC No.129 of 2025” instead of “CRLMC No.129 of 2026”. 4. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the Petitioners and going through the averments made in the I.A., prayer made therein is allowed. 5. Accordingly, the name of the Petitioner shall be read as “Birasen Palei” and the case number shall be read as “CRLMC No.129 of 2026” instead of the aforesaid wrong mentioning.
