It is noticed that despite granting of 7(seven) days time to take steps for service notice upon the respondent No.5 vide order dated Page No.# 3/3 05.09.2025, no steps appears to have been taken by the petitioner. Considering the nature of grievance raised in this writ petition which is to the effect challenging the propose shifting of the school 1077 No. Chapori LP School from Sheora Pathar to Chapori Pathar vide an order dated 28.12.2016 passed by the District Elementary Education Officer, Barpeta, coupled with not taking steps, it appears that the petitioners are no longer interested to pursue this matter.
