The instant petition has been filed by the petitioners with a prayer to issue writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondents not to harass and interfere in the peaceful marital life of the petitioners. It is admitted case that petitioner No. 1 is living in live-in-relationship with the petitioner No. 2 without any decree of divorce or early marriage, which was taken place in the year of 2009 with respondent No. 4.
