That at the instance of well wishers, friends and their respective counsels the dispute between the respondent and the petitioner has been amicable settlement in the following manner. 2. That the petitioner as preferred above revision petition seeking to set aside the Judgment Passed by the LXV Addl. City Civil Judge and Session Judge CCH-66 at Bengaluru City in Crl.App.No.1477/2019 as per Annexure-A and to set aside the impugned order of conviction passed by the XIII ACMM (now 13th ACJM Bengaluru City) at Bangalore city passed in C.C.No.21335/2016 Dated: 2-07-2019 as per Annexure-B. 3. That petitioner has agreed to settle they above dispute by paying one lum sum of Rs.3,00,000/- (Rupees Three Lakhs only) by way of cash to the respondent to put an end to the above case, Accordingly the respondent had agreed for the same and agreed to receive the sum of Rs.3,00,000/- by way of cash from the petitioner in one lum sum and the respondent hereby acknowledges the receipt of Rs.3,00,000/-in full and final settlement to put to an end to the above dispute. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:20952 CRL.RP No. 1286 of 2021 4. The respondents states that there is no claims and counter claims against the petitioner. CMM at Bengaluru (now 13th ACJM Bengaluru City) dated: 02-07-2019 in C.C.No.21335/2016 in the interest of justice.” 4.
