The applicants have preferred this bail applications under Section 483 of Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, for grant of regular bail, to the applicants who have been arrested in connection with Crime No.04/2025 registered at Police Station – Cyber Thana Range District – Durg (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 318(4), 336(1), 317(4) of Bhartiya Nyay Sanhita (for short BNS), 2023 and Section 66 D of Information Technology Act, 2000.
3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicants submit that the trial has already been concluded and today the matter was fixed for pronouncement of judgment, however, the same has been adjourned.
4. Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the applicants, particularly considering the fact that the trial has already been concluded by the trial Court and the judgment was to be pronounced today itself, but the same was adjourned, without entering into the merits of the case, the present bail applications are hereby rejected.
