This is a writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief(s):- “(a) Civil Writ of Mandamus for seeking direction to Respondent No.2 to issue Order of Restoration of Recognition for Petitioner’s M. Pharm Course, in terms of the Order dated 26.11.2021 passed by this Hon’ble Court in W.P. (C) No.13413/2021; . . .” 2. This order is being passed in view of a similar order dated 17.04.2026 passed in W.P. (C) 5102/2026, covering the present issue. Mr. Ravi Kant, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that petitioner is a recognized institution conducting the M.Ed. course. He submits that recognition for conducting the said course was granted vide order dated 22.06.2007 by the Southern Regional Committee. However, neither restoration order has been issued nor compliance has been made of the order dated 26.11.2021 passed in W.P. (C) 13413/2021. 4. For the said reason, issue notice. 5. Mr. Rupal, learned counsel, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and, on instructions, states that the respondents have no objection to the present petition being allowed, subject to verification by the respondents. 6. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to verify the status of the petitioner institute and if upon verification the same is found to be a recognized institute, the respondents shall issue the restoration order within 3 weeks. Thereafter, communication to this effect shall be sent to the affiliating body as well as the Department of Higher Education, Government of Andhra Pradesh, within a period of two weeks from the date the status is uploaded.
