At the outset, learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner is working as Lecturer after revocation of suspension, he is posted at the place other than from where petitioner got suspended, against which petitioner has PAWAN KUMAR JHA Digitally signed by PAWAN KUMAR JHA 2 / 2 submitted representation before Divisional Commissioner, Surguja Division which is pending consideration and therefore direction be issued to Respondent No. 3 to take decision on the representation. He also submits that petitioner thereafter has found suffering from heart disease upon diagnosis and the medical examination report is also enclosed along with covering memo dated 12.02.2026. Petitioner may also be permitted to submit fresh representation before Respondent No. 2 along with all supporting documents and direction be issued to Respondent No. 2 to consider and decide the same at the earliest within specified time. 2. Learned State counsel submits that posting of petitioner is after revocation of suspension and a departmental enquiry is pending consideration. He is having no objection to the limited prayer made by learned counsel for petitioner. If any representation is submitted, it will be considered in accordance with law. 3. On due consideration of the submission made by learned counsel for the respective parties, in particular the submission made by learned counsel for petitioner that petitioner has already submitted representation for consideration of posting at appropriate place, without observing anything on merits of the case, this writ petition at this stage is disposed of permitting the petitioner to submit fresh representation before Respondent No. 2 and 3, and if such a representation is submitted the concerned authority shall consider and take decision on the representation to be submitted by petitioner, in accordance with law, expeditiously preferably within a further period of 06 weeks from the date of receipt of representation. 4.
