Public Prosecutor for the State respondent. This I.A. has been filed on behalf of the applicant, seeking correction of certain errors that has been crept in the order dated 27.07.2026, passed by this Court in Crl. Revision
Page No.# 3/3 Petition No. 349 of 2024. It is stated that in paragaraph Nos. 9, 11, and 12 of the order dated 27.07.2026, passed by this Court in Crl. Revision Petition No. 349 of 2024 instead of Rs. 4,000/- the amount of Rs. 6,500/- should be recorded. Upon perusal of the records, it appears that the figure has been erroneously mentioned Rs. 4,000/- which is required to be corrected by recording Rs. 6,500/- in the aforesaid paragaraphs. Accordingly, it is directed that the figure Rs. 4,000/- appearing in paragraph Nos. 9, 11, and 12 of the order dated 27.07.2026, passed by this Court in Crl. Revision Petition No. 349 of 2024 should be read as Rs.6,500/- This order shall be a part of the order dated 27.07.2026, passed by this Court in Crl. Revision Petition No. 349 of 2024.
