In the present petition, claim of the petitioner is that he may be allowed to work up to the age of 65 years, which was refused by the respondents vide Annexure-P/1 by which the petitioner has been retired on 31st December, 2018. 2. Considering the fact that substantial period has already elapsed from the date of retirement i.e. 31st December, 2018, extension has also not been granted by the State Government and for the fact that the age of 65 years is applicable to the Class-II officers, whereas the petitioner was Class-III employee, this Court is of the opinion that the present Writ Petition has become infructuous. It is accordingly dismissed as having become infructuous. Sd/- (Sanjay K. Agrawal) Judge Barve
