Mr.Thiyagarajan, and quash the same; and consequently direct respondents 1 to 3 to issue the Legal Heir Certificate in favour of the petitioner. 2.This Court on 02.03.2026 in W.P.No.7683 of 2026 issued the following direction: “4. In such view of the matter, this Court directs the petitioner to make an online application seeking issuance of legal heirship certificate before the Headquarters, Deputy Tahsildar, Sri Vaikuntam within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and upon filing of such application, the Headquarters, Deputy Tahsildar, Sri Vaikundam is directed to consider the same and issue legal heirship certificate in terms of 2/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P.No.7683 of 2026 the death certificate and also the earlier Legal heirship certificate pertaining to the mother of the petitioner and file report before this Court on or before 23.03.2026.
