This application is directed against the order dated 18.11.2025 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-I- cum Special Judge, Children Court, Garhwa in connection with Criminal Appeal No. 45/2025, whereby and whereunder, the order dated 18.09.2025 passed by the learned Principal Magistrate, Juvenile Justice Board, Garhwa in connection with Garhwa P.S. Case No. 330/2025 rejecting the prayer for bail of the petitioner has been affirmed. The allegation reveals that the informant was taken on an auto by the present petitioner and another accused to a room where one of the co-accused was already sitting and subsequent thereto, the petitioner as well as the other co-accused persons had subjected the informant to rape. It appears that the victim in her 183 B.N.S.S. statement has supported the allegations levelled against the petitioner and has specifically named the petitioner as one of the persons who had committed rape upon her. The Social Investigation Report which has been mentioned in the impugned order also reveals about the petitioner in the company and influence of bad elements. Regard being had to the nature of allegations levelled Neutral Citation 2026:JHHC:13481 against the petitioner, I am not inclined to entertain this revision application which accordingly stands dismissed.
