Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Ms. Shambhavi Tiwari, learned counsel appearing for the University, and perused the record. 2. The present petition has been filed challenging the impugned communication dated 22.04.2026 issued by the Controller of Examinations, Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University, Kanpur, whereby the result of the petitioner was withheld. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the University submits that the result of the petitioner has since been declared. A photocopy of the declared result has also been handed over to learned counsel for the petitioner. 4. In view of the statement made by Ms. Shambhavi Tiwari, learned counsel for the University, the grievance raised in the present petition no longer survives.
