JUSTICE M A CHOWDHARY, JUDGE ORDER (ORAL) 1. Petitioner through the medium of this petition seeks a direction to the respondents to consider his case for the allotment of Khoka measuring 10 fts. X 12 fts, situated at New Bus Stand, Doda, adjacent to Toilet Complex, for the reasons that the allotment had not been made by the respondents and that he made the representation on 01.01.2025 to Deputy Commissioner, Doda to do the needful. However, nothing has been done on the part of the respondents. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will be satisfied in case this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider his representation dated 01.01.2025, addressed to the Deputy Commissioner, Doda, for consideration of allotment of Khoka. 3. The learned counsel for the respondents submits that respondents are not adverse to the submission of the petitioner for disposal of the petition, at this stage, for consideration of the matter. 4. In this backdrop, petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents, particularly respondent Deputy Commissioner, Doda, to consider his representation dated 01.01.2025, expeditiously by, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date certified copy of this order is made available to the respondents.
