The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- “10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records pertaining to the case of petitioners. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to give compassionate appointment in Pt Ravishankar University Raipur or other University as per rule. 10.3 Cost of the petition may also be granted.” 2 2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner is an adopted son of Late Prakash Kumar Kshatriya and Late Satyavati Kshatriya. He submits that Late Prakash Kumar Kshatriya died-in-harness on 06.01.2022 and thereafter, petitioner submitted an application for grant of compassionate appointment, however, till date, application submitted by the petitioner is not considered and decided by the respondents and therefore, direction be issued to the concerned respondents to take decision on the application submitted by the petitioner at the earliest, within specified time. 3. On the other hand, learned counsel for the Respondents submit that according to the pleadings made in the writ petition, grievance of the petitioner is that his claim is not considered and no order for grant of compassionate has been passed. He contended that in the aforementioned facts of the case, if petitioner submits a fresh application for grant of compassionate appointment along with the relevant documents, it will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed in accordance with law at the earliest. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents placed on record. 5. On due consideration of the submission of counsel for the respective parties, facts and circumstances of the case, nature of grievance raised, instead of keeping this writ petition pending seeking reply from the respondents, I find it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition directing the petitioner to submit afresh reminder representation with all supporting documents for grant of compassionate appointment along with all relevant supporting documents before the concerned authority and in the event, petitioner submits such an application, concerned authority shall consider and to take decision on the application to be submitted by the petitioner 3 on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a further period of 02 months from the date of receipt of application. 6.
