Dwaram Chinnamma who purchased through courts auction for an extent of 7-50 Acres of Western part of total 11-27 Acres and granted the same patta/khata number 48 recorded in Settlement Records to all the pass books holders (i) without following the due process of demarcation and (ii) lack of mandatory mutation proceedings to be granted with respect to the provisions of the ROR-Act-1989 (B) direct the Respondent/District Collector, to dispose of the pending representation submitted dated 31.08.2026, Sought to give an appropriate reminders to Sri K.
