The proof thereof has been annexed as Annexure P-5. 3. This Court has heard the Petitioner and is of the view that, since the Orders passed by the learned Trial Court were complied with after a lapse of nearly five (05) years, the learned Trial Court has already taken a lenient view by merely directing compliance by payment of costs of Rs.12,000/-. 5. In these circumstances, this Court is of the opinion that no further orders are called for in the present Petition. Since the Petitioner has already complied with the directions passed by the learned Trial Court, no cogent ground is made out warranting interference by this Court in exercise of its supervisory jurisdiction. 6. Accordingly, the present Petition, along with all pending application(s), if any, stands dismissed in the aforesaid terms. HARISH VAIDYANATHAN SHANKAR, J.
