The petitioners have filed the instant writ petition assailing the order passed by the Commissioner whereby the order dated 17.07.2025 passed by the Collector regarding registration of First Information Report has been stayed. 3 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that without impleading petitioners as party to the case, the Commissioner has passed interim order, as such the petitioners have preferred the instant petitions challenging the order passed by the Commissioner and to direct concerned respondent authorities to implead the petitioners as party in the memo of appeal. 3. Considering the aforesaid submission, the petitioners are at liberty to move an application for impleading them as party to the case before concerned authority i.e. Commissioner who in turn will decide the same in accordance with law. 4.
