Heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 18.08.2024 in connection with Spl. POCSO Case No. 70 of 2024 arising out of Kunda P.S. Case No. 40 of 2024 for the offences registered under Section 64 of the B.N.S. and Sections 4, 6 and 10 of the POCSO Act pending in the Court of learned Additional Session Judge-cum-Special Judge, POCSO Act, Chatra. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and the informant had strained relationship with the petitioner. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite party-State has opposed the prayer for bail and has submitted that four witnesses have already been examined and there is direct allegation against the petitioner having raped his daughter. 5. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and considering that there is direct allegation against the petitioner and the bail application of the petitioner having been rejected earlier in B.A. No. 7020 of 2025 vide order dated 13.08.2025, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. 6. However, the State is directed to ensure prompt production of witnesses and the FSL report be also forwarded to the concerned court. 8. Learned counsel for the State is directed to communicate this order to the concerned FSL, Director of Prosecution as well as Superintendent of Police of the concerned district to ensure compliance. 9.
