The learned counsel for the respondents has produced a copy of Order No. E-354159/569, dated 06.08.2026, issued by the Director, Secondary Education, Assam, whereby the service of the petitioner, namely, Sipra Mitra, ALT (Tutor) of Tengapara High School (Bengali Medium), Kokrajhar, has been provincialised with effect from 25.09.2025. He has also produced instructions dated 06.08.2026. The same is kept as a part of the record. 3. In view of the hereinabove referred order dated 06.08.2026, on instructions, the learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter may be closed on satisfaction. 4.
