At the stage of admission, this Court has not granted any interim order in the instant lis. 3. Sri K.Sandeep, learned Aassistant Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of respondent-State, basing on the written instructions, submits that the police have filed a charge sheet in FIR in Crime No.43 of 2026 dated 24.04.2026 of Mahila Urban Police Station, Visakhapatnam, Visakhapatnam Commissionerate, before the jurisdictional Magistrate. 4. At that juncture, Sri R.Gopi, learned counsel representing Sri Suresh Kumar Reddy Kalava, counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present Criminal Petition with a liberty to challenge the charge sheet. 4 5. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, by granting liberty to work out their legal remedies, in accordance with the law.
