The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Pithoria P.S. Case No. 03 of 2026, registered for the offence under Sections 125(1), 12592), 109 and 281 of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioner no.3 is the owner of Alto car, petitioner no.1 was driving the said car and petitioner no.2 was sitting in the said car. He next submits that allegation of beating upon the informant and that is said to be dated 07.12.2025 wherein the FIR has been lodged on 07.01.2026. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State and learned counsel appearing for the informant jointly oppose the prayer and submit that pursuant to hitting by the car, leg of the informant has been fractured. 5. Prima facie, it appears that this is a case of accident and the said accident alleged to be occurred on 07.12.2025 wherein FIR has been lodged on 07.12.2026, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 6. Accordingly, the above-named petitioners are directed to surrender before the learned Court within two weeks from today and in the event of their arrest or surrender, they shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi, in connection with Pithoria P.S.
