NARENDRA PRASAD ORAL ORDER This writ petition is filed under Articles 226 & 227 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following relief: “Issue writ of mandamus or appropriate direction to consider the representation given by the petitioner to the respondent No.2 that is, Executive Officer, Taluk Panchayat, Channarayapatna dated 17.02.2025 as per Annexure D and pass appropriate orders thereon in the interest of justice and equity.” 2. The case of the petitioner is that he was working as a Panchayat Development Officer in the office of Basavanapatna Gram Panchayat, Arakalagud Taluk, and retired from service on 30.09.2024. Thereafter, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 17.02.2025, vide Annexure-D, to the second respondent seeking - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:10041 WP No. 30915 of 2025 release of pensionary benefits. Since the same was not considered, the petitioner has approached this Court. 3. In view of the above, it is suffice for this Court to direct the second respondent to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 17.02.2025, vide Annexure-D, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, and in any event not later than eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.
