This is a writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following prayers: “i. Issue a Writ, Order or Direction in the nature of Mandamus, directing the Respondents to adjudicate in a time bound manner, the application of the Petitioner for grant of sale permission in respect of Plot No. HAF-1, admeasuring 2024 sq. mtrs., Sector-17, Phase-II, Dwarka, New Delhi, DDA File No. F-11(04)/2008/IL, E-File No. 76544 and grant the permission to sell Plot No. HAF-1, admeasuring 2024 sq. mtrs., Sector-17, Phase-II, Dwarka, This is a digitally signed order. Ms. Sen, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and states that the application of the petitioner is pending with the Hon’ble Lieutenant Governor (“LG”). 4. Since the application is pending for last 2.5 years, it is requested that the Hon’ble LG may hear and decide the same expeditiously after hearing the petitioner. 5. The petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. 6. The petitioner is at liberty to revive the petition if the same is not so done. 7.
