The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer: "10.1 That the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ setting-aside disqualification order dated 10.01.2025 (Annexure P/4), in the interest of justice. 10.2 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ setting-aside representation rejection order dated 15.01.2025 (Annexure P/6), in the interest of justice. 10.3 That the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ setting aside L1 allotment order to Sunteck Industries (Annexure P/8), in the interest of justice. 10.4 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ directing the respondents to initiate the technical evaluation afresh by permitting the petitioner to take part in the tender process and thereafter proceed with the subsequent round of tender process, in the interest of justice. 10.5 Any other relief which this Hon'ble Court may deem and proper in the present circumstances of the 3 case." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that during the pendency of the present writ petition, the tender in question has been cancelled by the respondent authority. Hence, this petition has become infructuous. 4. In view of the above, this petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
