This writ petition has been filed for quashing the F.I.R./Case Crime No.0422 of 2025, under Section 303(2) of B.N.S, 2023, registered at Police Station Bazpur, District Udham Singh Nagar. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioner, pursuant to the aforesaid F.I.R. 3. The F.I.R. in question pertains to a theft of gold and silver ornaments and cash amounting to ₹13,500/- from the complainant's house during their absence. During investigation, the stolen items were recovered from possession of Manish @ Golu, son of the petitioner, who is stated to be a juvenile. Consequently, the juvenile's custody was handed over to the petitioner, his father. The petitioner alleges harassment by the police. 4. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. Since investigation is ongoing, the petitioner, if required, shall be issued notice under Section 35 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
