Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs. “10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call the entire records from the respondents. 10.2 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction directing the respondents to officially designate the petitioner as per his post in every government records. 10.3 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief or pass such other and further orders as may be deemed fit PAWAN KUMAR JHA Digitally signed by PAWAN KUMAR JHA 2 / 2 and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case in the interest of justice.” 2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner was initially engaged as daily wage employee in the year 1989. Petitioner thereafter in the year 2009 was regularized in the service and posted as Peon. However, according to petitioner, in his service record designation of petitioner as an employee of the respondents has not been specifically mentioned, instead even today petitioner has been shown to be daily wage employee. He contended that in the salary slip designation of petitioner is mentioned as Peon and therefore in the service record also designation of petitioner shall be specified clearly. 3. Learned counsel for State submits that looking to the nature of grievance petitioner has not approached to the authority by way of filing representation. 4. At this stage, learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner may be permitted to submit representation and direction be issued to the concerned authority to consider and take decision on the representation to be submitted by petitioner at the earliest. 5. I have heard learned counsel for the parties. 6. On due consideration of the submission of learned counsel for the respective parties, nature of grievance raised, this writ petition at this stage is dispose of permitting the petitioner to submit application/ representation before Respondents No. 3 to 5 and if such a representation is submitted the concerned authority shall consider and take decision on the representation to be submitted by petitioner, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a further period of 03 months from the date of receipt of representation. 7.
