By way of these petitions under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioner assails summoning orders dated 06.06.2024, passed by the Magistrate’s Court. 2. At the outset, Ms. Nikita Rajpal, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the petitioner had approached the Sessions Court in revision of the said orders. The revision petitions were withdrawn vide orders dated 04.05.2026, with liberty to file afresh. This is a digitally signed order.
