1. By way of this Writ Petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:- 10.1 To call for the records of the case for the kind perusal of this Hon'ble Court. 10.2. 2 dated 05.08.21 (Annexure P-2) passed by respondent no.4. 10.4 To issue an appropriate writ or order for conducting a fresh election for the executive body of central executive body of Chhattisgarh Chandranahu Chandrakar Kurmi Kshatriya Samaj, Raipur District Raipur (C.G.) as per the procedure prescribed under the Act / byelaws. 10.5 Any other relief deemed fit in the facts and circumstances of the case may also be granted. 2. At the outset, learned counsel for the State submits that the elections have already been concluded in the year 2022 and a Body has also been constituted in respect of Chandranahu Chandrakar Kurmi, Kshatriya Samaj, as such, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the election proceedings, he may approach Registrar, Firms and Societies and raise his grievance. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would not dispute the submission made by learned State counsel. 4.
Considering the fact that election has been concluded in the year 2022 itself, this Writ Petition is disposed of reserving liberty in favour of the petitioner to challenge the election in respect of Chandranahu Chandrakar Kurmi, Kshatriya Samaj before the Respondent No.2, in accordance with law who shall look into the matter in accordance with law. 5. Accordingly, with the aforesaid direction, this Writ petition is disposed of. Sd/-
