Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has earlier moved before this court in A.B.A. No. 3578 of 2025, which has been dismissed as withdrawn by the order dated 07.07.2025. 3. Learned counsel for the State submits that the petitioner has already withdrawn the earlier A.B.A., however, there is an observation in favour of the petitioner by the co-ordinate bench. 4. At this stage, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition with the liberty to comply the observation made in A.B.A. No. 3578 of 2025. 5.
