This is the Second bail application filed under Section 483 of the Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 505/2024 registered at Police Station Kurud, District Dhamtari (C.G.), for the offence punishable under Section 318(4) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 66-D of the Information Technology Act, 2000. 2.
