1. Heard learned Counsel Mr. J. Ahmed for the accused-applicant and learned Addl.Public Prosecutor Mr. B.Sharma for the respondent State.
2. This is an application filed under section 482 of BNSS praying for granting pre-arrest bail to the accused/petitioner namely, Rayhan Uddin Borbhuyan @
Page No.# 2/2 Rayhan Uddin, in connection with Gorchuk P.S Case No. 36/2026 u/s 303(2)/61(2)/317(2)/318(4) of BNS 2023.
3. Learned Addl.Public Prosecutor submits that charge sheet in the instant case has already been filed being CS No. 183/2026, dated 28.07.2026. A co- ordinate Bench of this Court on 24.02.2026 has granted interim pre-arrest bail to the accused-applicant and accordingly in terms of the aforesaid order, the accused –applicant has already appeared before the investigating Officer and got his statement recorded.
4. The learned Counsel for the accused-applicant submits that liberty should be granted to him to appear before the learned trial court for appropriate relief.
5. Taking into account the aforesaid, this instant application is disposed of with a direction to the accused applicant to appear before the jurisdictional trial court within 15 days from passing of this order and till that date, the interim
order dated 24.02.2026 shall stand extended.
6. In terms of the above observation, the instant anticipatory bail application is disposed of.
