The petitioner is aggrieved of the impugned endorsement at Annexure-A given by the Assistant Commissioner, Chithradurga Sub-Division declining to accede to the request made by the petitioner to enter the name of the petitioner in the revenue records jointly along with his brother. However the petitioner cannot deny the fact that she had filed O.S.No.119/2016 on the file of the learned Principal Senior Civil Judge and JMFC at Hosadurga and preliminary decree is drawn. The petitioner also does not deny the fact that the final decree proceedings is yet to be drawn and the matter is pending consideration in the final decree proceedings. The Assistant - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:12834 WP No. 6049 of 2026 Commissioner has also directed the petitioner to furnish 11-E sketch after the division in terms of the decree drawn by the Court. 3. At this juncture learned counsel for the petitioner submits that liberty may be reserved to the petitioner to approach the revenue authorities after the final decree is drawn. Accordingly, writ petition stands disposed of reserving liberty to the petitioner to approach the revenue authorities to make the mutation in terms of the decree that would be drawn by the competent Court along with 11-E sketch, if there is a division of the property.
