The present writ petition is filed seeking direction to the trial Court for early disposal of O.S.No.98/2022 pending before the Senior Civil Judge and JMFC, Kanakapura. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:8865 WP No. 36229 of 2025 Considering the limited prayer made, notice to respondents is dispensed with. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the suit is for partition. It is submitted that part of the 'A' schedule property is acquired by the National Highway Authority of India and in view of pendency of the above suit, the parties are not in a position to withdraw the compensation. 4. No sufficient cause is shown for early disposal of the suit. Having regard to the submission made that the parties to the suit are not in a position to withdraw the compensation and acquisition of part of the 'A' schedule property, the trial Court is requested to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible. 5.
