The present First appeal has been filed being aggrieved by the impugned judgment and decree dated 29.01.2018 passed by 3rd Additional District Judge, District: Janjgir-Champa, C.G. in Civil Suit No. 11-A/2013 whereby the suit filed by the appellant/ plaintiff has been dismissed. 2. The matter was sent to mediation center of this Court for mediation by order dated 25.07.2025 and as per the mediation report, both the parties appeared before the mediation center on 06.08.2025 and the matter has been settled. 3. Learned counsel for the parties jointly submit that the dispute between the parties has been settled. They further submit that before the Mediation Centre of this Court, two LRs of respondent No.1, namely Satyanarayan Soni and Mohnis Kumar Soni, along with respondent No.2, Sarita Bai, were present, and that they are ready and willing to fulfill the conditions enumerated in the settlement recorded by the Mediation Centre of this Court. 4.
