It is submitted by the learned counsel for the appellant that the issues raised by the appellant have not been considered in the proper perspective by the learned Single Judge. However, the learned counsel for the respondent submits that I.D. No.137/2017 has been disposed of by the Industrial Tribunal by its order dated 06.09.2025 and that the said order is under challenge in W.P.No.2313/2026. Having heard the learned counsel on either side and in view of the fact that the Industrial Dispute has been disposed of and the award is pending consideration in Writ Petition No.2313/2026, we are of the opinion that all pending issues between the parties will have to be considered in the pending writ petition, including the correctness of the order challenged. 4. Accordingly, the writ appeal stands disposed of, with liberty to the appellant to raise all contentions before the learned Single Judge in the pending writ petition.
