Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- “10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ/order/direction to 2 / 3 set-aside/quash the counseling called by respondent no. 4 only 8 teachers (T Category) Subject Mathematic without preparation any District wise seniority list as well as State wise seniority list. (Annexure P-1) 10.2 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ/order/direction to set-aside/quash the impugned order dated 12.06.2025 (Annexure P-2) issued by the respondent no. 2, whereby the petitioner has been transferred from government high school Markli, Block Manpur, District Mohla- Manpur-Ambagarh Chowki to Government High School Kosamghat, Tehsil Gharghoda, District Raigarh (C.G.). 10.3 That, any appropriate writ, direction or order may kindly be passed in favour of the petitioner, which this Hon’ble Court deems fit in the circumstances of the case.” 2. During the course of argument, learned counsel for petitioner submits that as petitioner has not submitted any representation before respondent no. 2 for redressal of his grievances as raised in this writ petition, he may permitted to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to submit a representation before respondent no. 2 and in turn respondent no. 2 be directed to consider and decide the submitted representation, expeditiously within a specified time frame. 3. Learned counsel for State submits that in view of the limited prayer made by learned counsel for petitioner, she is having no objection. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the respective parties. 5. On due consideration of submission made by learned counsel for respective parties, this writ petition is disposed of permitting petitioner to submit a representation before respondent no. 2 raising all the grounds as raised in this writ petition and in turn respondent no. 2 shall consider and decide the representation, expeditiously, preferably within a further period of 04 weeks from the date of receipt of representation. 3 / 3 6.
