The present review petition has been filed seeking review of the order dated 09.01.2026 passed by this Court wherein it was held that the petition in the nature of PIL was not made out and was actually a personal interest litigation. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner be allowed to withdraw the writ petition. 3. After the PIL petition has already been decided on 09.01.2026, there is no provision to review the same only for the purpose of allowing the withdrawal. 4.
