Counsel submits that the learned Single Judge has relied upon the judgment passed by this Court, in CWP No.1118 of 2021, titled Narender Kumar vs. State of Himachal Pradesh and others, dated 06.01.2023. It has been pointed out that the same is the subject matter of consideration in LPA No.207 of 2025, which has been clubbed with LPA No.206 of 2023 titled State of H.P. and others vs. Prem Lal, wherein, it has been ordered that promotion, if any, made in the meanwhile shall be subject to the outcome of the appeals. As per order dated 01.05.2025, the said appeal stood admitted. On taking steps within a week, issue notice to the respondents, returnable within four weeks. Admit.
