Public Prosecutor has produced a letter from the Officer- in-Charge of Jalukbari PS, requesting for fixing another date for production of the Case Diary. The Case Diary had been called for by the Order dated 22.07.2026 in Bail Application No. 2004/2026. The petitioner has already been granted interim protection; I do not consider it necessary that custodial interrogation is required.
