The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Kenduadih P.S. Case No. 128 of 2024, registered for the offence under Sections 111 and 112 of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 25(1-B) (a), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Dhanbad. 3. Mr. R.S. Mazumdar, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case and the name of the petitioner has come on the confessional statement of the co-accused. He submits that in the first confessional statement name of the petitioner was not there however, in the second confessional statement of Ajay Kumar Singh, the name of the petitioner has occurred. He submits that apart from that, there is no other material and in view of that anticipatory bail may kindly be granted. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer and submits that the petitioner appears to be an associate of one Prince Khan, who operates a criminal gang. He also submits that in para 72 of the case diary, it has come that the petitioner is having three criminal antecedents and all the cases are registered under the Arms Act and other Sections of BNS. On these grounds, he submits that anticipatory bail may kindly be rejected. 5. Considering that Ajay Kumar Singh in his confessional statement has disclosed the appearance of this petitioner in the meeting convened by Ganesh Gupta and Ganesh Gupta is the associate of Prince Khan and indulged in various crime. In the confessional statement, Ajay 2026:JHHC:14504 Kumar Singh has stated that he has come into contact of Prince Khan and started doing crime along with Prince Khan. Ganesh Gupta has convened a meeting in which this petitioner has also appeared and in that meeting Ganesh Gupta has informed, for doing crime of Section 307 of the IPC Rupees One Lakh will be provided and for crime doing of Section 302 of the IPC, Rupees Two Lakhs will be provided and for open firing in air, Rupees Fifty Thousand will be provided and further in para 72 of the case diary, it has come that this petitioner is having three criminal antecedents and all the cases are registered under the Arms Act and other Sections of BNS, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6.
